The Drive: Idaho Springs is about a a 60-minute drive from the airport.
Rental Cars: Highly recommended! While Ubers will easily take you to Idaho Springs, getting one back from the canyon to Denver is often difficult and unreliable.
Where to Stay
We recommend staying in Idaho Springs, Georgetown, Golden, or Denver.
Idaho Springs & Georgetown: Best for those who want to be close to the venue. These towns have a wonderful variety of Airbnb and VRBO rentals if you prefer a mountain home over a hotel.
Golden & Denver: Best for guests who want a traditional hotel experience or want to be closer to the city. Golden is a great middle-ground, located about 25 minutes from Blackstone River's Ranch.
