Flying to Telluride
Montrose-Telluride Regional Airport (MTJ) is the recommended airport for getting to Telluride as it offers the most frequent and affordable flights. American Airlines and United Airlines provide service to MTJ. Telluride Airport (TEX) is a more convenient option for flying into Telluride, but flights are generally more expensive and very limited. As it is a 1.5 hour drive from Montrose to Telluride, we recommend arranging shuttle transportation through Telluride Express. Transportation options include shared shuttle services or private rides, with both options providing door-to-door service to your hotel or residence. Unfortunately Uber, Lyft, and Taxi Cabs are not available in Telluride.
