Flight
For those of you flying, DIA is the closest international airport to Western Nebraska. It's roughly a 3 hour drive from Gering/Scottsbluff, and a 4 1/2 hour drive to Hay Springs. There are a number of smaller airports that you could certainly get connecting flights through, but they will probably be connected through DIA. I've flown with them a handful of times and haven't had any issues.
Hotel
We've reserved a block of 23 rooms for Friday night & Saturday night at this hotel after the wedding. Just tell them you're looking to reserve a room under "Trevor Batt" or for the "Batt Wedding". Rooms are about $75 after taxes.
Flight
AIA is a smaller airport in Alliance. Several of our guests have been able to get connecting flights between this airport and the Denver airport without any problems. It's roughly 40 minutes from the venue. If you want to avoid a few hours of driving, AIA is a great option!
House Or Rental
For those of you making a trip out of our weekend or more of the outdoorsy type, Chadron State Park has reservations available to campers, RVs, tents, or cabins. And at a good price! This park is 20-30 minutes from the Barns.
