Our Story
We set the scene at a New Year's Eve Party, 2015-2016, where a gaggle of introverts collided (sprinkled by a few select extroverts), laughter was had, and new friendships were forged. Unified through their faith, close friends, love of Psych, Star Wars, memes, and an overall quirky sense of humor, Joshua and Rebekah's friendship grew over the years, and on occasion over several thousand miles as Joshua went to college in Chicago while Rebekah stayed in WA.
In classic sitcom and chick flick fashion, friendship grew into more, until eventually a "hey, I like-like you" was uttered (y'all get to guess by who), and we proceeded to figure out where to go from there. Knowing we'd have a lot of curveballs thrown our way, and unified with Christ as our greatest hope, we committed to a new journey together on March 29th, 2022.
In summary: we blame our friends, especially the McCafferty's, who lovingly embody hospitality - and we praise God for His grace and continual blessings.
The one where Rebekah said yes, and every pranked duck was so creatively returned. Our love and thanks to Ashly, our photographer - along with Sarah, Katrina, and Alanna, for their coordinating help.
Despite very wise assumptions on what might have been happening behind the roses, we were actually plotting how to take over the world with rubber duckies.

shhhhh..... nobody tell.... that rose is actually the ring box ;) And yes, Rebekah is holding a pack of tissues in preparation for the waterworks... Disney princess tissues :)

We both like cheese, and know how to cheese.... sometimes... on very rare occasions.

The only mix of parents that could possibly handle the combination of us two <3
We may be biased, but pretty sure science supports the hypothesis that we look cute together.
