What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by February 1st.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Children are welcome, please let us know if there are any children in your party so we can account for them. The reception will include adult beverages and adult oriented music.

Do I have to send back the RSVP card?

Answer

All RSVPs are online, or you can contact the bride or groom directly.

Where is the ceremony? Where is the reception?

Answer

Both will be at Sugar Creek Brewing in Charlotte, NC. The ceremony will be outside (weather dependent) and the reception will be indoors.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels near the venue, please see the travel tab. We do not have a room block.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. If you’re not sure what that means, think button downs, blazers, or knee to midi length dresses. No tuxedos or floor length gowns required :)

Where do we park?

Answer

Parking is free for event guests at Sugar Creek Brewery. Please take a parking permit when you arrive. There are signs at and around Sugar Creek Brewery about paying for parking. You can ignore these signs as long as you have a parking permit.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We hope everyone to be fully present for the ceremony, so please put phones away. We have an excellent photographer and will be happy to share her photos.

What food will be served? What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

There will be a light appetizer and a barbecue main course. Please mark your dietary restrictions on your RSVP and we will accommodate.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception will end at 9pm.
