This is our ideal hotel as it is only 13 minutes away, however, there are limited rooms still available. They are now officially sold out on the Friday night, so bookings can only be made for the day of the wedding. No code is needed as long as you use the provided link. The standard rooms are blocked off at $230 a night. If these sell out, their king suits will be offered at $304. This discount is offered until August 10th. There is free parking, breakfast is included, and check in is 3:00 PM. The estimated shuttle pick up time for this hotel is 3:00 PM so it is recommended to ask for an early check in. Homewood Suites by Hilton Ottawa Kanata

This stunning hotel is a 30 minute drive from the venue so we know guests would prefer the hotel in Carleton Place. Please try to book that hotel first, however, there are limited rooms still available. No code is needed as long as you use the provided link. All rooms are blocked off at 15% off the room rate and are available until August 24th. There is free parking, breakfast is included, and check in is 3:00 PM, however, shuttle pick up would be approximately 2:30 PM. It is recommended to ask for early check in (not guaranteed) or book for the night before as well so you have lots of time to be ready. See FAQs for any answers. Wedding Shuttle

We will have a shuttle picking guests up from both hotels - the Comfort Inn in Carleton Place (13 minutes from the venue) and Homewood Suites in Kanata (30 minutes from the venue). You can access the shuttle even if you aren't staying at a hotel. We will have one shuttle to the venue and two different shuttle times at the end of the event to bring guests back to the hotel. Our estimated pickup times are approximate and have not yet been confirmed. At this time, the Kanata pickup is expected to be around 2:30 PM, and the Carleton Place pickup is expected to be around 3:00 PM. Confirmed timing will be announced closer to the date when we have more information on who is accessing the shuttle. Please answer the shuttle survey under the "Link" tab to help us plan.
