Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors. We will have cozy blankets available if it gets chilly so you can stay warm and enjoy the evening.
We will be providing a shuttle service between nearby hotels and the venue. Once we have a better idea of how many people are interested, we will announce the pickup and drop-off times. Our plan is to offer one shuttle from the hotel to the event and two shuttles back to the hotel at the end of the evening at different times. Keep an eye out for updated information. If you haven't already, please complete the survey to let us know whether you plan to use the shuttle.
Absolutely! Those who are choosing to drive have access to a large lot on the property.
The doors will open at 3:30 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4: PM. We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM so you can find your seat comfortably before we begin.
Please check your invite (not the Save The Date) for your +1! The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
Of course! When you RSVP and select your meal, indicate any restrictions or allergies and we will ensure the kitchen knows. We will have two meat options and a vegetarian option. Please don't wait until the day of to tell us.
Yes! We'll have a full open bar available all evening. The bar does pause during dinner to help with a smooth transition while meals are being served, however wine will be served at the tables throughout dinner. Be sure to let us know if you plan on using the shuttle to/from the nearby hotels.
We have reserved a room block at two nearby hotels. Please use the link on the "Travel" page to book your room and then answer the shuttle survey. Please let us know if you run into any issues.

All RSVPs will be collected online by scanning the QR code on your invite. Those who may need assistance with this can been given an alternative option.
The ceremony and the reception will both take place at Evermore. The address is 4960 County Rd 29, Almonte, ON K0A 1A0. It is accessible, however, if you require accommodations, please let us know.
We are so happy you want to capture special moments with us! We have a wonderful photo and video team to make sure everything is beautifully documented. To ensure they are able to fully catch all moments, we ask that phones are put away during the ceremony. This will ensure that phone calls don't interrupt the ceremony, and phones aren't in our professional photos. We want to ensure that all of our loved ones are able to enjoy the ceremony and be in the moment with us.
The doors will open at 3:30 PM for our 4 PM ceremony. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30 PM while we take lots of photos. We ask that guests find their seats at 5:45 PM for the reception to begin with dinner being served at 6:15 PM. Our goal is to cut cake at 8:45 PM and have our first dance at 9 PM. The late night buffet will be served at 11 PM. The two shuttle times will be determined closer to the date.
