Matron of Honor
Dominique's first day of work in Shreveport was the day of Jamie's job interview there. They hit it off famously and became best friends over coffee breaks and after work margaritas, chatting about their shared passion for journalism, shopping in an irresponsible manner, and "90 Day Fiance." Dominique also spent a lot of time working with Josh, and he considers her a close friend, too!
Bridesmaid
Andrea and Jamie became best friends at the University of Miami, where they pledged the same sorority and quickly realized how well they balanced out each others' energy. They graduated together and pursued completely different careers in completely different parts of the country, but have always stayed connected. In 2017, Jamie was honored to officiate Andrea's wedding to her wonderful husband, Scott!
Bridesmaid
Sarah and Jamie's friendship also goes way back to their time in the same sorority. Their shared interests may have evolved since college, but they still look back fondly on their sacred Thursday night ritual of watching The Office and 30 Rock while eating Ben & Jerry's Phish Food, before heading out to Michael Scott's favorite watering hole: Chili's. Jamie was thrilled to be a bridesmaid in Sarah's wedding!
Bridesmaid
Alexandra is another sorority sister from Jamie's days at The U. Despite living in different states, they've always made a point to cheer each other on and celebrate life's big moments. Alexandra is the master of forming fond memories, like the time she encouraged Jamie to hop on a plane and meet her and Sarah in Vegas for a Katy Perry concert. Jamie had the privilege of standing by Alexandra as a bridesmaid on her wedding day!
Groomsman
Josh and Todd have been friends longer than Jamie has been alive. These two were childhood best friends, and have been through it all together. Some of Josh's favorite memories with TK are watching the Cowboys lose, watching the 49ers win, and other things that don't stand out as much. To say Josh is grateful for this lifelong friendship would be an understatement.
Groomsman
Josh and Jeremy met in 2001 and immediately started arguing about music. Their shared passion for music led to many long drives to Dallas to see their favorite bands. They both owe their careers in videography and the arts to shooting and editing skits together for fun, nearly 20 years ago. Jeremy might be barely, slightly, by a hair, a better cameraman than Josh (phew, that was tough to get out).
Groomsman
Josh and Bryan also met in 2001, and immediately started arguing about sports. The idea to start shooting skits came from Bryan's zany brain, because he knew he would steal every scene. He was absolutely correct. Josh is thankful for Bryan's part in igniting his passion. Bryan might be slightly, barely, by a hair, funnier than Josh (but less funny than Jamie).
Groomsman
In 2010, Josh decided to go back to college to pursue a career in broadcast journalism. He immediately hit if off with his classmate, Ian. Ian introduced Josh to a lot of things. But most importantly, disc golf. While throwing discs, the two bonded over... basically everything. Josh's favorite memories with Ian are the Coheed and Cambria concerts.
Officiant
Michael and Jamie worked together in Birmingham. They both moved to the Magic City in 2014, and the dynamic duo known as MOJO was born. MOJO had an absolute ball exploring everything from urban eateries to the Lost Baggage store. Some of Jamie's favorite memories are her hours-long brunches with Michael. Like Jamie, Michael is an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church (the preferred clergy of news people).
