FAQs

Question

How will you be handling the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer

Our main concern is the safety of our guests, for that reason we are asking that everyone who is attending either receive a full course of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to attending or receive a COVID test within 5 days of attending our wedding. If you have any questions or concerns about the vaccine or testing please feel free to call or text us (Josh: 570-772-9699 & Aimee: 714-928-0495)

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you receive your invitation by mail, we ask that you RSVP no later than July 15, 2021! We would greatly appreciate your help in RSVPing as soon as you can confirm your plans in order for us to arrange accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive promptly at 5:30PM, a half hour before the start of the ceremony. This will allow for you and anyone else in your party to comfortably seat yourselves and interact with our other guests, while also helping our Day Of Coordinator keep everything on schedule!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will specify who we are presently requesting to join us in celebration. If your invitation requests the presence of you "and Guest", then you may bring a date! As much as we would love to have a huge celebration with all of our loved ones, we are restricted by venue capacity and will not be able to accommodate an additional guest if your invitation does not request his/her presence.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Similar to our response in bringing a date, your invitation will specify who we are presently requesting to join us. We love your kiddos and would love for them to be present at our celebration, however, due to capacity restrictions we are unable to accommodate all of them.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Your RSVP confirmation should have prompted a question regarding any dietary restrictions and/or food allergies you may have. Your confirmed attendance in your RSVP will help us to accordingly accommodate your needs.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue offers spacious complimentary parking. The parking lot is adjacent to the ceremony and reception sites.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the service?

Answer

Yes, the DoubleTree at Claremont provides free shuttle service between the hotel and venue. Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking that you appear in cocktail attire! Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs (Little Black Dresses), dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. We are excited for a festive celebration!
