Welcome Party (and camping set-up)

5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Colorado Casual: tees, shorts, sandals... get comfortable!

If you are in town on Friday, come enjoy music & friends at Big B's. Whether you are staying at Big B's or off-site, you are welcome to join! 3pm onward: camping set up 5:30-9:30pm: Welcome party @ Big Bs main stage (live band) 9:30 on: s'mores & fireside hangs @ orchard camping -Cash bar & no-host dinner (at Big B's main counter) -Live music (hosted by Big B's, free & open to the public). All ages welcome. PARKING: Non-Campers: in Big B's main lot ($20 donation for local non-profit) Campers: you can park near your campsite. Do not park near main wedding set up. Shuttle: Free shuttle runs from 5pm till end of the show (around 10pm) Shuttle runs from Big B's entrance, to the town of Paonia. Look for the Big Bs painted school bus. Pick up/Drop locations in Paonia: • 3rd & Grand Ave • 1st & Grand Ave. Please note, the driver will not drive to specific addresses, only the stops mentioned.

Ceremony & Reception

2:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Summer cute & comfortable: summer dresses, shorts & simple shoes are great! Sun hats & parasols welcome. (Fun festive wear for the evening is encouraged!) Guys: it will be hot, no dress pants or jackets required. Ladies: all walkways are woodchip, heels are not recommended. Bonus: bring a bathing suit & floaties for after-ceremony floatie time

Saturday-only campers: set up any time before or after the ceremony. All Guests: before 2pm: free day 2:15pm: arrive on site 3pm: Ceremony followed by drinks & reception after ceremony: optional pond-floatie shesh 6 pm: dinner 8:30 on: late-night dancing 11pm: DJ party winds down 11pm onward: late-night hangs, late night snacks & s'mores Camping: Venmo @ Joshua-Wendler (with your camping type & amount of nights.) VENMO last four of phone: 5638 Prices listed are per campsite, regardless of guest count (example: 1 van w/ 2 people @ 2 nights = $50 total for site) Prices listed in RSVP are for Friday & Saturday only, additional nights must be booked directly w/ Big Bs. Any payments not received by July 20th will receive a Venmo request.

Goodbye Breakfast & check-out

8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Dress Code: Hungover summer casual: come as you are!

8am: hot coffee 8:30-10:30am: hot breakfast 12pm: all campers must be checked out (unless you reserve a Big Bs campsite for yourself for Sunday night)

Bonus Monday Lake/Hike Day

10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Hike & Swim gear: good sneakers/ hiking shoes, bathing suit, towel, sun hat, short & teeshirt.

*optional activity* For those in town a little longer, join us by cooling off at our favorite lake. We will drive to Lost Lake (1 hour) from Paonia, and enjoy a short hike (approx 1.5 miles). Bring swimming attire (cold alpine lake!), lunch for yourself, sunscreen, and $8 CASH for parking. 10am: meet at Don's grocery store in Paonia, buy lunch supplies 10:30am: caravan together 2pm: (time is flexible) leave back to Paonia or your next destination Pro Tip: there is National Forest boondocking right outside of Lost Lake if you are looking to camp that night.
