The zoom meetings and live stream will start at about 3:30pm at the same time as the prelude and guest seating begin on Saratoga Overlook at Cama Beach. Please feel free to join your zoom meetings so you have time to chat with other guests before the ceremony.
Yes please! We would love to know everyone who attends, virtually or remotely. Please use the comments on the YouTube livestream page as a virtual guest book.
Please bring your own bedding, toiletries, towels, food and drinks for the weekend. The cabins are very basic and are more like staying at a camp ground than a hotel. Camp chairs for outdoor use and other basic outdoor supplies are also recommended. The cabins do not have stoves indoors, so if you plan to cook you will need to bring a camp stove. Dinner on Saturday will be provided at the reception. You are also welcome to purchase brunch tickets to join us for Sunday brunch. Please bring enough food, or plan meals at the Cama Beach Cafe or other local restaurants during the remainder of the weekend.
We will be following the state's public health guidelines for hosting a wedding during Phase II/III. This means we are requesting all of our guests at every event including before and after wedding events wear a mask. If you are not able to wear a mask, please let us know so that we can get you the information to attend virtually instead. We also ask that guests either be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 or get a negative COVID swab within a week prior to the wedding and self-quarantine after that point. For guests coming from outside of the area, we will be happy to assist you with finding a location to get tested (the Travel page of this website has good information to help you get started). The ceremony and reception will be socially distanced with 6 feet between households. The reception is limited to 2 hours, and all guests are to remain seated during the reception...so we'll all have to save our dance moves for later when we can spread out on the beach!

The cabins are more like camping than a hotel. They are not full service, so bedding, food, plates, towels, etc. will need to come with you from home. We also recommend bringing a camping chair for the fireside and your favorite drinks to enjoy all weekend!
There is very limited parking near the Cama Center, so you will most likely need to park in the upper lot. There is a shuttle service from upper lots to the Cama Center that can be reached at 360-913-0250. There are also plenty of walking trails to get from the upper lots to the Cama Center and beach. A Washington State Discover Pass or Day Pass is required to park vehicles at the park. A day pass can be purchased from the welcome center at the park, or passes are available online at https://store.discoverpass.wa.gov/
