A shuttle will run throughout the night between all 3 listed Woodstock IL hotels, to the reception venue.
Initial Shuttle Pickups:
- 3:45pm pickup at all 3 hotels, for ~4:30pm drop-off at venue
- 5:00pm pickup at all 3 hotels, for ~5:45pm drop-off at venue
Return shuttle times:
- Shuttles will depart the venue at 9:30pm, 10:30pm, 11:30pm with the last shuttle departing at 12:30am.
- If guests need to return to the hotel prior to the first scheduled return trip at 9:30pm, the bus and driver will be available as needed.
**Please note; each shuttle can hold up to 47 passengers
