We're getting Married!

We met at Amy's sister, Candace's bachelorette party, at Blarney's Island in Antioch IL. After being the designated driver all day while the girls were getting rowdy on the lake, Amy was playing catch-up on drinks at the bar, and said to Candace's friend Chelsea, "I just want to talk to a guy." Chelsea asked which one, and Amy scanned the bar and pointed out the tallest guy in the room, which happened to be Joe. Amy and Chelsea walked up to Joe and his friends, and Chelsea said "Hi I'm Chelsea! This is Amy. Okay bye!" And the rest is history!

We were having a family cookout after hosting a baby sprinkle for Candace and little miss Evalynn Klotz. The Brumm girls were taking sister photos, and Joe snuck up behind them and got down on one knee. There in front of about 40 friends and family, and after 6 years of dating, 2 dogs, and a home, he proposed! "You're my greatest catch. Will you Marry Me?"
