Question
When is the RSVP deadline? Can I only RSVP online?
Answer
The RSVP deadline is July 1st, 2022, and online RSVP is preferred. For any issues with your online RSVP, please contact Amy at (608)778-6885.

Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors.
Question
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is semi-formal, and the venue is very relaxed. Please also keep in mind that the end of July is one of the hottest times of the year in the Midwest. So plan for the heat!

Where should guests park at the reception?
Answer
Parking is available at Whispering Woods Events, and is free of charge. Vehicles may be left overnight, however they must be picked up the next day before the venue staff is done cleaning (which is usually around noon) otherwise the venue gate will be closed, and you will need to make an appointment on an alternative day to pick up your vehicle. To avoid the hassle of parking altogether, we encourage you to utilize the booked shuttle service that will run from the venue, to all 3 Woodstock IL hotels throughout the night.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
Answer
We have secured a shuttle that will run from Whispering Woods Events, to all 3 Woodstock IL hotels throughout the night. Initial Shuttle Pickup Times: - 1st pickups will begin at 3:45pm, for an estimated 4:30pm dropoff time. Please be ready at the front entrance of the hotel by 3:45pm - 2nd pickups will begin at 5:00pm, for an estimated 5:45pm dropoff time. Please be ready at the front entrance of the hotel by 5:00pm. - Return shuttles will run at 9:30pm, 10:30pm, 11:30pm and the last shuttle will depart at 12:30am. - If guests need to return to the hotel prior to the first scheduled return trip at 9:30pm, the bus and driver will be available as needed. **Each shuttle can hold 47 passengers at once ***There is no food or drink allowed on the bus

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, there will be an open bar with limited beer, wine and liquor options. Cash tips for our bartenders (friends) are greatly appreciated!
Question
Meal options indicate an Adult Meal or Kids meal. What is included in each of these?
Answer
The Adult meal is served buffet style, and consists of a garden salad, Chicken Marsala, Beef Stroganoff, Glazed Carrots, Mashed Red Potatoes, Mac & Cheese and dinner roll. The Kids meal is a plated option for our guests 11 years of age or under, that includes Chicken Tenders, Mac & Cheese and a Fruit Cup. Please be sure to specify if your child wants a "kids meal" when you RSVP, as the caterer will only prepare a specified amount of kids meals for the reception dinner. Vegetarian meals can be made available upon request. Please contact Amy at (608)778-6885.
Question
What non-alcoholic beverages will be offered?
Answer
Water, select soda and juice choices, and Kiddie Cocktails. We will have Milk available during dinner for young children, and Coffee will be available after dinner.
