Some information on how to get to Chicago and recommendations for places to stay once you arrive!

Flight

Chicago O'Hare International Airport

Most airlines (with Southwest being a big exception) will be flying into O'Hare Airport on the northeast side of Chicagoland area. Can easily get into the City via CTA train (Blue Line), rideshare or taxi.

Flight

Chicago Midway International Airport

If you're flying in with Southwest, this is the airport you will be arriving at! On the southwest side of Chicago, so a little further from where we live, but still has great access to trains, rideshare, etc to get into the city.

Train

Amtrak

Looking to have some space to move around while you travel to Chicago? Check out Amtrak! They may take longer, but the journey will be much more relaxed than driving, flying, or being crammed in a bus!

House Or Rental

Air BnB

We encourage our guests to get to know Chicago neighborhoods better while visiting by renting a room, apartment or house through a service like AirBnB. We live in Uptown, and the venue is located in Edgewater, so look for places around north side of Chicago.

Hotels

There aren't many hotels near our venue, so if you want to stick with a good old fashioned hotel room, we suggest looking in the north and northeast suburbs (Evanston, Skokie, around O'Hare) or downtown. If staying in the burbs, it will be much easier to rent a car to get around! If you are staying in a downtown hotel, you could easily take the CTA "El" lines to get around!
