Maid of Honor
I have known Sam for as long as I can remember. For every significant and monumental event in life, if I looked over, she was always right there. We met early on in high school, and then both went to NAU for college and lived together all four years. From Wednesday AZ adventures, late nights of homework, hikes, classes, and work, I can not remember a season of life without her prominently in it. After graduation, and flight attendant training, it wasn't long before we both ended up back down in Phoenix and living together again. She has been there for me through so many seasons and we have more "laugh until you cry" memories than I would ever have thought life could have brought. This is a day we have talked about our entire lives and I am so happy to have her by my side for it.
Best Man
I met William in 2020 at the Church I was going to in Rochester at the time. William can best be known for his wisdom, his whiskey, and his willingness to not let the summer heat in Arizona destroy our friendship. I am honored to have him as my best man. (I chose him selfishly because he is better at planning than anyone I know)
Bridesmaid
Meghan and I met while both working at Cracker Barrel in Flagstaff, AZ. In a short period of time, we became inseparable. Church, work, school and and everything in between became a two person job and I could not have done it without her. She is my long lost twin in so many ways. She became my favorite person to do everything or nothing at all with. Her heart for the Lord inspires me, and God put her in my life in divine and perfect timing. Meghan joined the air force and moved from Flagstaff in 2021, which has only allowed us to have more adventures in Texas, California, Tennessee, Massachusetts and wherever life takes her next! Life may put miles between us but time doesn't pass between visits.
Groomsman
I asked Christian to be in the wedding because I broke his foot back in the summer of 2022 and he reminds me of this every time he sees me. He was also an integral part of the church we went to, and I try to convince him every day to move to Arizona so if you could all just downplay the summers we’d appreciate that.
Bridesmaid
Sister, best friend, confidant, travel buddy... I could fill up this page with what Jaclyn means to me. God sent me a built in best friend to go through all of the best and most difficult parts of life with and I do not know what I would do without her. While she may look like my twin, the same age as me, or older than me, she is in fact and surprisingly, 4 years younger. She is wise beyond her years, and adulthood has only brought us closer. She has followed in my footsteps in some ways (a fellow NAU lumberjack), but better yet, she has paved her own beautiful path in all that she does. She is in flight training to become a pilot and join me in the friendly skies (I can only hope and pray that it is at Southwest).
Groomsman
I don’t remember when I met Carlos it just seems like he’s always been there. I always cherish my time with Carlos because I never know the next time I will see him. He is humble, down to earth, and always smiling. Ladies… he’s single.
Bridesmaid
Mairead (pronounced like "parade", but with an M) and I have one of my favorite friendship origin stories. To make a long story short, her mom (Southwest Flight Attendant) set us up on a blind friendship coffee date when I worked with her and she recognized I would be great friends with her daughter. Mairead has been "buddy bidder" at Southwest for years now, and people often know us only as a pair. If found separately, we are asked "where is your friend?". God has given us the opportunity to serve together on a mission trip down in Peru where I got to see Mairead's heart for the Lord and His kingdom. I am so blessed to do life with her!
Groomsman
My oldest cousin and the only ginger in the family. I hate to break it to you, but we think you’re adopted. I always think I am good at games until I play anything with Josh at Christmas and am left lost, used and abused by his wit.
Bridesmaid
I met Allison in the 4 grueling weeks of flight attendant training in Dallas back in 2022. Late night study sessions, games, and emergency drills brought us closer than ever in just four short weeks. She easily became my travel buddy, and we have seen so much of the world together! Switzerland, Italy, and Colombia to name a few. She shares such an appreciation for living life to the fullest and has such an adventurous spirit. She has one of the biggest hearts of anyone you'll ever meet and I feel so grateful that God put us in the same class and crossed our paths.
Groomsman
A.K.A Tony, don’t ask me why. He’s gone from more of a cousin to a brother to me. Memories consist of crazy stories and family games. If you can’t find Cory on the dance floor, look for Jordan.
Bridesmaid
Laney and I first met when we were both bridesmaids in our friend Mairead's wedding in 2022 (all flight attendants at southwest). Within minutes it felt like we had known each other for years. We "work", if you can call it that, together as much as we can. She is also my birthday buddy, so we always get to use the day to celebrate each other now. I am so grateful for the Lord's timing bringing her into my life. She is chosen family and loves people so beautifully.
Groomsman
Erich is the reason you’re reading this. He set us up 2 years ago and the rest is history. Enough said. We are so grateful for him and all that he has been for us!
Bridesmaid
While she may be Ben's sister, I am so grateful to have her as a friend, and now... My SISTER! I am so grateful for all the time we have had together playing games, hiking, pickle-ball, horseback riding, finding good food, and so much more. Annika is such a kind-hearted and intentional soul and I am so grateful for every conversation and all the laughs we have shared and that are to come.
Groomsman
We’re family right? I couldn’t have chosen a more perfect brother in law to join the family and marry my sister. Life with Cory is filled with many inside jokes and constant laughter. Cory is well known for his dance moves, so we encourage you to offer him a drink and give him a special request.
Bridesmaid
I am so grateful to be gaining Lydia as a sister and friend. We have had so many opportunities to play games where I have gotten to see her competitive spirit and love for games. Lydia has a great story telling ability that can fill a room with laughter and joy and I have loved getting to see her in this season of life and spend time having so much fun amidst such a busy time in life.
Groomsman
I’ve known Miles since he was birthed. I am good at a lot of things, but everything I am not good at, he excels at. If you want to break the ice with Miles, you can ask him what he thinks about Bloody Mary’s. I am grateful to have him as a brother and I can’t wait to watch what life has in store for him.
Bridesmaid
Emma became by bonus sister almost 2 years ago when she married Bryce and became a Russek! She has one of the most kind hearts, always finding a way that she can help the people around her. She offers endless support to me and my sister and I am so happy to have her in life!
Groomsman
Future brother in law. I am lucky to have another brother and someone to call when I need to build some twin engine time. If you have questions about alien conspiracy theories or Area 51 you should seek him out. He also played a key role in Erich setting us up in the beginning.
