Hotel
The Holiday Inn is great property and only about a 10 minute drive from our venue, and we have negotiated a room block rate that takes a significant amount off of their nightly rate. They have double queen, or king rooms at $149 a night for our block. Ask for the "Russek Gustafson Wedding" for our discounted group block rate.
Flight
Sacramento is the closest widely serviced airport to Meadow Vista, about a 40 minute drive away. While your looking for convenient flights, note you may also fly into San Fransisco (SFO), San Jose (SJC), Oakland (OAK), or Reno (RNO). It will be a little bit of a longer drive, but if it is a more convenient time or price, it is doable!
House Or Rental
There are air bnbs all around Auburn and Meadow Vista! Tahoe is also driving distance if you want to make a vacation out of it!
