We will be here to greet family and friends that would like say hi and mingle the evening before the wedding. Please come and go as you please, no RSVP is required. If using Map directions, ensure it is the “Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Sporting Club” location on East 7th Street.

Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We are so excited and honored to have our loved ones join us on our special day. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm on the Ceremony Lawn. Following the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour in the Courtyard and then dinner and dancing in the Reception Hall. The reception will end at 11:00 pm. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors. Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue and the Hyatt Centric South Congress Hotel. Pick-up at the hotel will be at 4pm to take guests to the venue. There will be multiple shuttles to take guests back to the hotel, with the first being at 9:30pm and the last at 11:00pm, following the end of the reception. All wedding guests are welcome to take the shuttles. Limited parking is available at venue. Rideshares should be arranged ahead time to guarantee availability.

This event is Casual

Let's keep the party going! For those that are up for it, join the newlyweds for a Saturday brunch. This is a casual event, no RSVP is needed. The Long Goodbye is an indoor/outdoor space with an indoor lounge and an outdoor patio. Located on the venue are two food trucks, La Santa Barbacha and Fleet Coffee.
