Hotel
All wedding events—including the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and group activities—will take place at Dreams Sapphire Resort in Cancun. We highly recommend that guests stay at the resort for convenience and to enjoy the full experience, though it’s not required. If you choose to stay off-site, please note that you’ll need to purchase a day pass for each day you plan to enter the resort. Day pass can be around $100 per person, per day.
Travel Note
We’ve decided not to use a travel agent. While we originally planned to work through one, we found that the agent was not able to secure the best rates. The resort’s current public rates are lower than those offered through the agent, and since prices can change at any time, we want everyone to have the chance to book at the best available price directly. As of September 9th, 2025, the standard Deluxe Junior Suite King is $390 per night for 2 people. You can also sign up as a Hyatt Member or use the Hyatt Credit Card for additional savings and perks. 🛎️ Step-by-Step Booking Instructions 1) Go to the Dreams Sapphire website. 2) Enter your travel dates and number of guests.
