When do I need to RSVP by?

If you already know you won’t be able to join us, please let us know as soon as you can so we can toast to you from afar! Once formal invitations go out, we kindly ask that you RSVP no later than April 25, 2026.

Due to venue capacities, we’re only able to welcome those formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

For the welcome reception, feel free to keep it casual — jeans, sundresses, and comfortable attire is perfect! For the wedding, we kindly request formal attire: dresses longer than the knee (midi, tea-length, or floor-length) and suits with a tie or bow-tie.

Yes! There is ample parking available at the venue.

Is rideshare or Uber/Lyft transportation available to the venue?

Absolutely! The venue is easily accessible via rideshare apps, making it simple and convenient to get there if you prefer not to drive.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony kicks off promptly at 4:00 PM, but feel free to arrive a little early—light refreshments will be served starting at 3:30 PM.

Are there room blocks or discounted hotel rates for guests?

Answer

Yes! We’ve partnered with three hotels in San Luis Obispo to offer you a discounted rate for our wedding weekend. Each hotel is offering 10–20% off their standard rates (the exact discount depends on when you book). Please click on the "Accommodations" tab for more information.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and dinner & dancing will be indoors. The ceremony will be held on grass, so kindly keep that in mind when considering shoes for the evening.
