San Francisco Airport (SFO) is usually the least expensive and usually has the most flights available. It is about 3 hours from SFO to Groveland. This does include a bridge toll.

OAK is roughly 2.5 hours from Groveland. This airport is smaller and easier to navigate than larger airports, but tends to have less flights. This airport, although small, does still have car rentals on site.
