Is there a shuttle for the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle to transport you from the Groveland Hotel to The Cummings Cabin for the Welcome Party! Even if you are staying elsewhere, meet at the Groveland Hotel at 4:45pm, 5:15pm, or 5:45pm and get on shuttle and it will bring you directly to the Cabin. Shuttles will begin bringing folks back to the hotel at 7:45pm. Extremely limited parking at the Cabin as well as special gate entrance requirements, so please reach out if you are thinking of driving instead of using the shuttle!

Yes, there is a large parking lot behind the Groveland Hotel.
