Meet our family and friends who will be an important part of our special day!

Felipe Soto

Best Man

Hometown: Lincolnton, North Carolina I met Jordan during our junior year of college. He was my dorm neighbor, and we eventually made it through business school together. After college, I’ve been able to hang out with him a lot in south Florida and we even got close to losing a boat out at sea once. He’s been a great friend and I’m honored to be his best man. He introduced me to Abbi during our first semester and it’s been amazing seeing them grow as a couple and going on vacations together over the years. I look forward to celebrating them and enjoying more trips together in the future!

Nicole White

Maid of Honor

Hometown: West Stockholm, New York I have known Abbi since December 1999 when she first reached out of her hospital bassinet and ripped out my hair. I have loved Abbi and her spirited personality ever since that moment. She has never failed to put a smile on my face (even in the midst of our sisterly-squabbles), or that of anyone who has met her. It makes me so happy to see Jordan gift her that same joy. While my recollection of meeting Jordan for the first time is a little less vivid, I have many other memories of the way he has seamlessly fit into our very unique family; all of the family vacations, Christmases and more unique events I think I will save for my speech. I cannot wait to stand beside my sister, as her Maid-of-Honor, as she marries the love of her life, or to dance the night away at the reception, just as we used to rollerblade in the garage to GirlsNext (iykyk)— a little fancier, potentially more refined in music choice, but still just as wobbly. I love you, sis, and I am so excited to welcome you to the family, Jordan!

Peter Yuen

Groomsman

Hometown: Hong Kong, China I first met Jordan on Aug 14, 2018, during the orientation week at UNC, I sat next to him during the orientation section and I am convinced that he wanted to be friends with me after I told everyone in the room I have a pet lion. I am known for my Michael-Scott-like sense of humor among my friends, and I would borrow his words to describe Jordan: "The dictionary defines superlative as: of the highest kind, quality, or order, surpassing all else, or others. Supreme." I define it as Jordan. As a peer, as a mentor, as a man, and as a brother of mine, he is of the highest kind, quality, and order. Supreme. As for Abbi, I knew her existence after sending a snap to her through Jordan's Snapchat stating, “I am the Asian guy”, among all the possible answers, she replied “Hi I am the girl from Alabama”, it was that moment that I knew I need to be friend with her. It wasn't until she transferred to UNC that we really got to spend time together. She is one of the selective few who got to witness my feminine side by having brunch together and going to rich people's Walmart - Target. Abbi also helped to manage and edit my 6 dating profiles during my time at UNC, I am forever grateful for her help. After being the biggest third-wheel of all time, from Chapel Hill to Fort Lauderdale, I am beyond happy and honored to be, yet again, part of their special day. May y’all continue to bring each other as much happiness and friendship as y’all brought me.

Nicole Anderson

Bridesmaid

Hometown: Wilmington, North Carolina I met Jordan after he became friends with Felipe during my Freshman year at UNC, and if it weren’t for him, I would’ve never met my best friend. I don’t think Abbi and I knew how close we would become at first, but I am so glad we did. From rooming together for three years of college to going on roomie and couples' trips, I couldn’t have asked for someone better to share those memories with. They say every brunette needs a blonde bestie, and Abbi is just that. I wouldn’t want to go on Marshalls and TJ Maxx runs or have a girls’ night in with anyone else, so cheers to my diet coke, bloody mary, wine-loving friend! I can’t wait to celebrate you and Jordan on your wedding day!

Nate White

Groomsman

Hometown: West Stockholm, New York I am Nathan White, Abbi’s brother. The first time I met Jordan I was about half the size I am now, Jordan brought over a board game and we played on the front porch, and of course I won. When Abbi and Jordan were still in high-school they used to let me ride around with them, Abbi would always put some random song on and tell me to sing it and I would butcher it every-time. One memory that seems to never leave me with nothing short of a chuckle and smile is when Abbi was rollerblading on the front porch and I “cut” her head off with my foam pirate sword, she played along and put her head under her shirt but then went for a dive into our metal swing and she still has a scar to tell the story today. I can’t forget the countless times of tossing the ole pig skin around and seeing what kind of catches we could pull off. I am beyond excited to welcome Jordan into the family and for my sister to start this new chapter in her life.

Milow Nihmey

Bridesmaid

Hometown: Ottawa, Canada I’m Jordan’s favourite (and only) sister. As all siblings do, we spent a lot of our childhood bickering over anything and everything. We were always very competitive growing up, so when he moved to Potsdam before the end of high school, I concluded that I must’ve won the (non-spoken) competition of graduating high school in Canada. Safe to say, I think he ended up the real winner, because that’s where he met Abbi - the best thing that’s ever happened to him! Abbi is already a part of the family, but I can’t wait to celebrate making it official. I’m so happy to be a part of their big day!

Devon Euto

Groomsman

Hometown: Brasher Falls, New York Friends, I'm Devon and these two beautiful humans are set up for a long and loving life together. Few years back, I was lucky enough to meet our website-owners. Jordan, the smartest (male) I know, has grown into one of my best friends. We share the love for all things sports and luckily there are sports on 365 days a year. His soon to be wife and my girlfriend's sister, Abbi, is simply wonderful. We also share a common love for Caesar's - which has started many great nights for the clan. Unfortunately, its a dry wedding, but we will still play board games and have fun. Final thoughts - happy wife, happy life.

Rory Chappuis

Bridesmaid

Hometown: New Orleans, Louisiana Hey y’all the first time I met Abbi was freshman year of college. Abbi &I became instant best friends. The first memory I remember together was when Abbi &I had to go to the bathroom and so we were going to have to go behind a tree, but in order to get by the tree you have to cross over a chain. As we were running towards the tree I tripped over the chain and we both couldn’t stop laughing the whole night about me tripping. Ever since then, we would hang out every day together and even when we would have just left each other we’d constantly be FaceTiming. Another memory was when we jumped into a foam pit and couldn’t get out for at least 5 minutes. My favorite memory was when Abbi came down to Alabama to visit me for my 21st birthday, one night we decided to go lay out by the pool with some blankets and talked about anything and everything. I met Jordan freshmen year as well; he came down to visit Abbi one weekend. I remember he instantly fit into our friend group, and it had felt like we’d known him for a long time. He and all of the boys were in the kitchen doing the Cupid shuffle for like 3 minutes. I can really see the love Abbi and Jordan have for each other, the love that they share for one another is really special. I am so grateful that they wanted me to be a part of their special day. I just want to say congratulations I am beyond excited to see you guys start this new chapter together. I love you guys so much.

Noah Pellmann

Groomsman

Hometown: Ottawa, Canada Having grown up together attending the same schools from elementary to high school, I’m proud to say I’ve been one of Jordan’s close friends for a very long time. Countless sleepovers shared, sports teams like rugby, soccer helped strengthen our bond. Simply said, we grew up together. I’ll never forget our trip to Washington, DC for rugby where Jordan and I were roommates, or Jordan’s constant support for my singing when I was growing up. But most of all I’ll always remember the laughs, chirps and sleepless nights we had growing up together and continue to share to this day. I was ecstatic and touched when he asked me to be a groomsmen at his wedding, which brings me to Abbi. When I first met Abbi in Ottawa in 2018 at The Clocktower Brewpub in Ottawa, I immediately thought she was the one for Nimmer. Jordan had told me lots about her but getting to meet and laugh with her, and see how she handled meeting so many new people with such grace over dinner, along with how smart she was, I knew Jordan had found the right girl. I’m honoured to be a part of this wedding and can’t wait to celebrate Jordan and Abbi!

Sami Blais

Bridesmaid

Hometown: Baldwinsville, New York I have known Abbi for a short 23 years, considering we are cousins. We have shared plenty of memories over the years including playing the pretty pretty princess game at sleepovers as children to the countless boat days drinking one too many white claws. I couldn’t be more excited to be a bridesmaid on Jordan and Abbi’s special day!

Austin Dowler

Groomsman

Hometown: Wake Forest, North Carolina Jordan and I met during a finance class at UNC. We were sitting in a class and got assigned a group project and had to pick our groups. I didn’t really know anyone in the class, but Jordan was sitting behind me and he seemed like a cool guy so we ended up getting in a group together. After our first group meeting it was pretty clear Jordan was going to be carrying the team. I think we ultimately became friends because Jordan appreciated the effort I put forth…I was just trying to be the Pippen to Jordan and it ultimately worked out for that class and many after that. As Jordan and I got to know each other outside of classes I met Abbi. Jordan, Abbi, myself, and others from the wedding party did a lot of things together from watching UNC games together, to cookouts, to Halloween parties, and of course studying. Through all of these activities it was clear that Jordan and Abbi were a dynamic duo that brought the best out of one another. It’s been awesome knowing Jordan and Abbi and I’m excited to see what the future holds for them.

Gabi Blais

Bridesmaid

Hometown: Baldwinsville, New York Me and Abbi are cousins. Being only three months apart we grew up very close to each other always spending summers and holidays together. My favorite memories together are doing all the crazy things that got us in trouble … if you know you know. When Abbi and Jordan started dating, Jordan instantly became like another cousin and I knew he would be in the family forever. I’m so excited to be apart of their day!

Nathan Durbin

Beer Boy & Usher

Name: Nathan Durbin (aka Nighthawk) Hometown: Columbus, Ohio I met Jordan when we both moved down to Fort Lauderdale Florida after college and joined TTI’s finance leadership development program. Jordan and I became fast friends because of our love of sports, country music, and pounding beers. Our favorite past times include: long walks on the beach at sunset, fishing, listening to country music, drinking bourbon, and making fun of liberals. We go together like peanut butter and…ladies ;). I'm so thankful to have gotten to know and become close friends with Jordan and Abbi! They are such an amazing and fun couple and I'm so excited for them. Congrats! I am so honored to be a part of your big day!

Jacob Clark

Beer Boy & Usher

Hometown: Warwick, Rhode Island I’m Jake. I met Jordan through TTI when we both moved to Florida in August of 2020. We quickly became friends through our love for soccer, tv shows, and bourbon. We soon decided to take our relationship to the next level booking a romantic cruise together and have been in love ever since. Joking aside, Jordan is a greatly thoughtful and funny friend. I’m grateful to have met him. Abbi moved down soon after and immediately became a great friend to both my girlfriend Maddie and I. Her infectious laughter and bar tending abilities are second to none. All this to say that both Jordan and Abbi are great friends, but I honestly wouldn’t be going to this thing if it wasn’t for Captain. Still wishing nothing but the best for both of you though. You’re amazing people and an even better couple. Congratulations Jordan and Abbi!

Matt White

Father of the Bride

Hometown: West Stockholm, New York I am Matt White, father of the bride. I am looking forward to celebrating this special day with Abbi and Jordan. Seems like yesterday that Abbi and Jordan became high school sweethearts. Time passes so quickly! They certainly have come so far, and created several great opportunities already, at such a young age. They are both hard workers and I am excited to see where their lives together will take them- we hope back home! I have a lot of fond memories of them as they have grown up, and look forward to many more. It is sure to be a great celebration in August. Can’t wait to see everyone there!

Lori White

Mother of the Bride

Hometown: Parishville, New York I am Lori White, proud mother of the bride, anxiously awaiting the wedding of my baby girl, Abigail Marie! Abbi never wanted to let go of my hand as a baby, & now I am faced with the challenge of easing my grip on hers. Cherished are memories of my little girl dressing up in tiaras, gowns, and heels, stepping gracefully through a curtain to the applause of her toy stage. That smile! I expect to relive warm memories as my beautiful grown-up daughter walks down the aisle to exchange vows, high on a glorious mountain, with all who love her most applauding and celebrating her joy. Abbi’s smile lights any room she enters, & I can’t wait to witness that radiance as she confidently enters a new chapter with the love of her life! Somehow, I knew from the day that I met that boy on our porch, armed with his Scattergories & heart of gold, that it was the beginning of something special. Soon after, my admiration was heightened as he showed empathy for a teacher in despair by being my computer hero, on a late school night. I knew right then that he was a special young man I could count on! Jordan never fails to impress me. Although it feels like he has always been part of our family, it'll be wonderful to hear the official announcement. This mom is over the moon and can’t wait to see what life has in store for these two beautiful souls, as husband and wife! Congratulations, Abigail and Jordan, on finding each other and making plans for a lifetime of love!

Mason Nihmey

Father of the Groom

Hometown: Ottawa, Canada Dad. Aka the funniest Nihmey. Aka the pickleball champion. He likes long walks on the beach and his favorite color is chartreuse. He has a fear of speed bumps which he’s getting over slowly. Has known the groom for some time now, but asks “does anybody really know anyone?!?” He’s kinda Lebanese and ironically has never been mistaken for Ryan Reynolds. There’s a strong chance Abbi is rolling her eyes right about now.

Lori Dye

Mother of the Groom

Hometown: Ottawa, Canada Jordan is my first-born child. He is passionate, outgoing, and has never been one to shy away from a challenge! When Jordan was 5 and preparing to go to his first soccer practice, I shared the old wisdom of "you'll win some, and you'll lose some, son". Jordan said, "Nope. Not me, Mama, I'm going to win them all!". I said, "Okay, we'll see". Sure enough, Jordan's team won every game that summer. The lesson learned was my own: when Jordan sets his mind on something, he's going to do what it takes to succeed. I have always known Jordan to go and get what he wants in life. I am so happy that he wanted to be with Abbi! She has been a warm and loving light in our lives since we met her at 16, and I am overjoyed that she and Jordan have found love within each other. Cheers to the beautiful couple.

Zachary Dye

Ring Bearer

Hometown: Parishville, New York Jordan is my big brother. I met him the day I was born, and he is one of my favorite people to hang out with. I've known Abbi for longer than I can remember too, so I'm happy that she will be my sister now. Abbi and Jordan are cool to play hide and seek with and Jordan is always willing to be the bad guy when we play superheroes and villains.

Captain White-Nihmey

Ring Bearer

Hometown: West Stockholm, New York My name's Captain and I can't wait for my parents to get married! Ever since they adopted me last summer, our adventures span far and wide; from upstate NY (where I was born) to North Carolina and now to sunny Florida. I have fond memories of playing the chase game in the hallway, playing the bite my mom's clothes game, playing Squish Mallow fetch with them, going to Snyder Park, playing with the other dogs in upstate NY, being over-excited for the other dogs in our apartment, sleeping on my back horizontally across the bed and snuggling with them every night, taking my dad to the train every morning, eating delicious dinners my mom cooks, and watching our favorites shows. They give me so much love and happiness. I can't wait for them to be married!

Kim Bourada

Flower Grandma

Hometown: Ottawa, Canada My name is Kim Bourada (aka Nanny). The day Jordan was born was such an awesome day! Jordan and I developed a great rapport (at least I think so!) which has carried throughout his 25 years. I’ve babysat him, attended every school function that I could, cheered him on during his sports adventures, and even became one of his coaches on his novice hockey team. I will never forget going with him to the sports store, when he was about 8, and buying him a hockey stick. At a practice, I was working with the goalie when, all of a sudden, someone skated into me, threw his arms around me and exclaimed, “This is the best hockey stick ever, Nanny! I can lift the puck off the ice by this much! (about a quarter of an inch).” When Jordan moved to the USA, we began our legendary telephone calls. I told him he could call me at anytime of the day. So, at 1 a.m. or 2 a.m., or several hours during the night we would talk on the phone. Sometimes he couldn’t sleep, or was worried, or just bored, or driving 13 hours to see Abbi. He’d call and talk about his beautiful Abbi, his job, his ideas, and plans. And then I met his Abbi and fell in love with her too! I told him that he was so lucky to have such an intelligent, compassionate, and thoughtful woman in his life. Like Jordan, Abbi treats me with great kindness and love. When I heard that Jordan was going to propose, I was ecstatic.

Terry Graham

Flower Grandma

Hometown: Ottawa, Canada I am married to Mel, Jordan's Grandpa & am proud to be his Nana. We met Jordan minutes after his birth at the Riverside hospital. Jordan was the first but not the last of our 9 grandkids to throw up on me on our way to Lake George New York for a weekend getaway in a rental car; windows were open for the entire trip. LOL. A proud moment was when Jordan was playing soccer in Rockland on a regulation size field and he scored on a free kick from midfield. One of my fondest memories of Jordan is the year his Mother got him a Santa Claus suit when he was about 5 and he wore it absolutely everywhere. Jordan had a tree his parents planted in our backyard, where he had his picture taken every year for about 5 years. The tree was dead after year 2 but we did not have the heart to cut it down; I don't think he noticed it was dead. I have so much respect for this young man for his accomplishments, he has worked hard to get to this place in his life, but the most impressive thing is he is still kind and caring. We met Abbi when she came to our house for Christmas. What is not to like about this young lady? She is a strong sweet girl who compliments Jordan, who is a very lucky man. Her family cared for Jordan like a son. We know Abbi and Jordan will be successful in their choices wherever life takes them. If they choose to have kids, I look forward to being their GG. Looking forward to sharing this special day with two very special people.

Gloria Graham

Flower Grandma

Hometown: Ottawa, Canada I met Jordan the very moment he was born, 25 years ago. Since then, I've babysat him, talked on the phone, as well as watched him play sports like soccer, hockey and rugby. Every day after school, before work, he would come over to my apartment to watch House and I would cook him dinner before he had to work. I drove him to school, soccer and work because it made me happy to help him out. I always felt he would turn into a fine young man. It's been my pleasure growing up with you, I'm so proud of you Jordan. I'm not sure how Abbi & Jordan met, but I loved her from the very first time I met her at Swiss Chalet. All these years later, she is the same sweet young woman. I'm so happy to have Abbi be a member of my family. I hope you have a wonderful lifelong journey together. All my love, Nana Banana. Hugs xx.

Barb Page

Flower Grandma

Hometown: Potsdam, New York I became Grandma about 6 years ago, in 2017, by marriage to Abbi's grandfather, which is how I met these two beautiful people. I think of them as my grandchildren, as they are through marriage. They have both brought me so much joy, in these last few years. I love them dearly and there's been so many good times. I am over the hill with joy that they are getting married and including me in their wedding makes my heart so very happy. It’s kind of weird that almost 30 years ago I helped with her mom and dad‘s wedding and now I’m helping with hers, I have to pinch myself to make sure it’s real. I’m getting so excited for their wedding and celebrating my princess and my prince's forever life together. I am so very very proud of these two. I am thrilled to be included in this beautiful wedding celebration. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. May God bless them in every way. Love you both, grandma B.
