Morning Hot Air Balloon Take Off & Coffee

This event will be happening each morning at 7am as part of the Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic Event. Madi will 100% be walking to the park each morning and stopping at SlowBySlow to get coffee on the way. Wednesday to Sunday the balloons will be taking off at 7am each morning. We will be walking to the park, grabbing a coffee on the way and enjoying the take off. This is completely optional but also a very fun and special event. Thursday is the best time to see the morning take off as it is the "Media Day" so most of the balloons will have lift off. See More Info: https://spiritofboise.com/home/

MEET AT WHITE DOG BREWING TO WALK OVER TOGETHER! 6pm 705 W Fulton St, Boise, ID 83702 The night portion of the Spirit of Boise Hot Air Balloon festival with an awesome light show, food vendors, and fun all around. See Info: https://spiritofboise.com/friday/ It is an incredibly popular event that fills up the entire park. We highly recommend walking from your accommodation if possible as the parking situation around the park is terrible. Warning: If you are not comfortable with big crowds you may want to avoid this event. Getting there: We will be meeting everyone at White Dog Brewing at 6pm before hand to have a drink and walk over together. However, if you want to go on alone, the parking situation around the park is very chaotic for this event. There are multiple entrances to the park so any way is fine and you can miss the event right in center of the park, follow the crowd.

River Float

Float down the Boise River with drinks, snacks, music, rope swings, swimming, rapids, , maybe some bald eagles, who knows? We will meet for a picnic at Barber Park to eat some snacks and organize our rafts. We will have spare dry bags for towels and spare clothes. Please make sure to wear sunscreen and bring water. The float is 3 hours along the boise river, it is very easy going and we will have cooler bags with drinks in the boat. After the float we will join the BBQ at Ann Morrison Park directly after we get out of the water so you may want to dry off with a towel and bring a change of clothes (optional)

Ladies! Join at the Griffiths Pad for coffee, pastries, and get ready together! Parking in the structure for a fee, or uber, or park down the street. To enter the building either text madi which floor you parked on and she will send someone to grab you from the center elevator OR walk up to the front door of the apartment on Front st. and enter 907 on the keypad to be buzzed in. The weather may be warm and sunny as August is the end of summer, be prepared with layers just in case.
Designated time to meet, toast, and take photos so dress up festive! This is where we will meet before the reception. We will have a toast and spend time taking photos in this beautiful garden before heading to the reception. All friends and family are welcome to take photos with or without Jono & Madi. :) You are welcome to skip this and go straight to the reception no earlier than 3pm. From here, we will load into the transportation provided to be driven to the reception area at 2pm. You may drive yourself as well. We are providing Uber Vouchers for all guest to utilise for this transportation. Voucher Code TBD.

Outside in a park setting, heels not recommended. This will be during the last weeks of Summer in Boise, the weather will likely be hot so dress comfortably. Don't be afraid to be festive, though.
This will be the main reception for all our family and friends to join. Food, Drinks, Music, and Dancing. Plenty of room for the kiddos to run around and have fun. We want this to be accommodating for all parties involved and considerate of travel times. The parking lot is small so if you are able to catch an uber(we will be providing uber vouchers) from Kathryn Albertson Park, that will help to reduce traffic. Transportation will be provided to give rides back to Kathryn Albertson Park once the party is over.
