8:00 am - 2:30 pm
Bust out the swimsuits!
https://www.napali.com/star/snorkel/ The bride and groom are flying in late Tuesday evening, and thought this would be a fun way to catch some pre-wedding sunshine the following morning! Anyone who is around is welcome to join! They run on a daily basis, so if Wednesday doesn't work for you, consider booking for a different day. A sail up Kauai's infamous Na Pali coast is highly recommended, and Captain Andy's is the #1 ranked catamaran cruise service! Visit the above website for more information. They often take 2-3 boats out based on the number of people who sign up, so if you decide to join be sure to mention the 'Schrader/Maas Wedding' so you can come party with us!
5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
https://grandhyattkauailuau.com/ No trip to Hawaii is complete without a luau! We'll be swapping our swimsuits for luau gear on Wednesday evening and heading to the Grand Hyatt for their all-you-can eat, all-you-can-drink extravaganza. Follow the link above to come join us! Again if it doesn't match up with your schedule, don't fret - they have shows every Wednesday and Sunday evening (but let us know if you'll be attending so we can all hula together!).
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Let's get this party started! The bride and groom invite everyone to Poipu Beach for a little pre-wedding beach party the night before the main event. Enjoy some food and drink while meeting the other guests and taking in the sunset views. No need to wear anything fancy; just grab your favorite pair of flip flops and come ready to spend an evening on the beach!
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Adam will be tee'ing off with the groomsmen at one of the nearby golf courses on Friday morning, and invites anyone to come join them! Details will be provided at the welcome party. For now, let the groom know if you're interested!
4:15 pm - 10:00 pm
A trolley will be available to hop on both to and from The Beach House. Parking is also available at the venue if you choose to drive yourself. 4:15 PM - Trolley pick-up at ‘Makahuena at Poipu’, outside the Elua Building. 4:25 PM - Trolley pick-up at The Sheraton. Note - you do not need to be staying at either of the above places to hop on the trolley at that particular location. If you are staying somewhere close, feel free to walk to the location and hop on.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Come early, enjoy a welcome cocktail, and grab your seat. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. Dress code is "Beach/Garden Party Attire". For the ladies - cocktail dresses or sundresses. The grass may be soft, so you should rethink the stilettos. For the gents - summer suits or light slacks with a nice shirt/tie. Bright florals and Hawaiian prints are obviously encouraged!
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
A cocktail reception will take place immediately following the ceremony. Sunset is slated for 6:21 PM, so feel free to take this time to snap some pics! The newlyweds will enjoy their first dance as husband and wife at 6:30 PM. Dinner and dancing to follow! Note - Trolley will depart back to The Sheraton and The Makahuena at 10:00 PM.
9:00 am
The couple plan on spending Saturday relaxing at the beach before leaving for their honeymoon in Princeville on Sunday. Anyone interested in putting their toes in the sand is welcome to join them!
