Shuttles will pick up guests at both hotels reserved with our room blocks. The shuttles will depart promptly at 4:00pm. Bus 1 - Arrives at 3:45pm and departs at 4:00pm Hampton Inn & Suites (Bluffton - Sun City) - 29 William Pope Drive, Bluffton, SC 29909 Bus 2 - Arrives at 3:45pm and departs at 4:00pm Comfort Suites (Bluffton - Hilton Head) - 23 Towne Dr, Bluffton, SC 29910 If you are not staying at either hotel block, but would like a ride to the venue, please be ready to be picked up at the Comfort Suites location. There will be both an 8:30pm and 10pm return trip to the hotels and after-party location.

This airport is on the island and closest to the venue. There are direct flights from Washington, DC airports, but are limited.

A short 30-minute drive to the venue, the Savannah airport offers many more flight options for those flying.
Rental Car
While there are ride-sharing options on the island, we recommend guests who plan to stay for several days rent a car nearby or at one of the airports.
