Room block discount available via link below The room block for Tru by Hilton is Friday (9/12) and Saturday (9/13). However, the Tru has kindly offered to provide the discounted room block rate to those that would like to check-in on Thursday (9/11). This is a fantastic opportunity to head into nearby Washington D.C. to explore our nation's capital or to visit the many amazing vineyards, wineries, and breweries of Northern Virginia!
Flight
Dulles (IAD) is the closest airport option. It's a 10-15 minute drive to Tru by Hilton and the Lansdowne Resorts. Ubers, Lyft, and Taxis will be available at the airport.
Flight
DCA is another great option if you are not able to find a flight to Dulles or prefer flight times to DCA. DCA is a bit further, but there will still be Uber, Lyft and Taxi options available to the Leesburg hotels. The Leesburg room block hotels are approximately 45 minutes by car from DCA.
Travel Note
If you do not plan to stay at one of the room block hotels, there are many wonderful local Airbnbs, BnBs, and charming hotels. However, in terms of transportation to and from those locations, we highly recommend that you to either rent a car or schedule a local driving service in advance. Ubers and Lyfts are nonexistent on the farm :) You also have the option of driving/ubering to one of the hotels listed above and utilizing the provided shuttle transportation. Please call the hotels to confirm parking availability/process.
