Please note that this is at a different location than the Welcome Party!This event will take place outside. The grass can be soft so opt for a chunkier heel and leave the stilettos at home! The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. For those driving themselves, please arrive by 4:30 PM so you can grab a seat and settle in! For those staying at the room block hotels, the shuttles provided will ensure on-time arrival. Please be sure to book your room block hotels prior to 8/12/25 as the discounted room block rates will expire that day!
