Yes, we will provide shuttle services from the room block hotels to the wedding venue and back for BOTH the Welcome Party (9/12) and the Wedding Day (9/13). FRIDAY WELCOME PARTY SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Shuttles to depart for Cleremont Farm from Tru by Hilton at 5:00 PM SATURDAY WEDDING DAY SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Shuttles to depart for Cleremont Farm from Tru by Hilton and Lansdowne Resort at and Lansdowne Resort at 3:45. Shuttles to return to hotels at 11:15 PM and 12:45 AM
For guests within driving distance of the venue, there will be parking available at the venue.
We will be hosting a BBQ on the farm, and we encourage everyone to dress in their best country/western chic wear! Black-Tie Optional. Men can wear a tuxedo or a formal suit and tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor length dresses or evening gowns, but formal cocktail dresses are also welcome.
