Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, we will provide shuttle services from the room block hotels to the wedding venue and back for BOTH the Welcome Party (9/12) and the Wedding Day (9/13). FRIDAY WELCOME PARTY SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Shuttles to depart for Cleremont Farm from Tru by Hilton at 5:00 PM SATURDAY WEDDING DAY SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Shuttles to depart for Cleremont Farm from Tru by Hilton and Lansdowne Resort at and Lansdowne Resort at 3:45. Shuttles to return to hotels at 11:15 PM and 12:45 AM

Answer

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there will be parking available at the venue.

What is the Welcome Party dress code?

Answer

We will be hosting a BBQ on the farm, and we encourage everyone to dress in their best country/western chic wear! What is the Wedding Day dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional. Men can wear a tuxedo or a formal suit and tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor length dresses or evening gowns, but formal cocktail dresses are also welcome.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are looking forward to having all of our guests, including parents, relax and enjoy an evening of celebration! The Jones/Vander Plaat Wedding will be an adult-only occasion. We politely request no children at this private, intimate event. Thank you for your understanding.
