How do you pronounce the Bride's name?

Answer

Joné is pronounced 'You-Nay'. She was born in South Africa and her name is a combination of her dad, Morné (More-Nay), and mom, Jouliene (Think Dolly Parton Song!). There will be a lot of South African friends in attendance and the DJ will be playing some South African favorites as well!

Are Children Allowed?

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only (21+). This will be enforced for both the ceremony and reception. We thank you for your understanding!

Who Can I bring?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to keep it intimate. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, it will be stated on your invite.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

This is a formal affair! Please wear your favorite suit/floor length gown. Please avoid wearing anything in the White, Dark Navy Blue, Burgundy or Maroon family.

What Time Should We Arrive?

The wedding is in McKinney at 5 PM on a Thursday! We kindly ask that you take into account traffic and distance to the venue. Please try to be at the venue at least 30 minutes beforehand!

Yes! The venue has lots of parking space but feel free to Uber!

Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

Answer

We respectfully ask that the ceremony remain unplugged, but you are welcome to take pictures during the reception!

Please consider staying until 11pm! There will be a sparkler exit and the Bride and Groom would love if you participated in sending them off!
