Pizza lovers!! This is basically your best brick oven pizza around! Try pizzas you’ve never had before right in the heart of downtown, then go for a walk in the Black Water Creek Trail to walk it off when your done. Highly recommend the Lemon Berry Cake for dessert. It’s a no-brainer!
White Hart Cafe
If you're looking for great, local coffee with some amazing food, check out White Hart Cafe! This is where we had our first "official" coffee/breakfast date the first time he came to Lynchburg. We had been driving all morning after his overnight flight, so it was relaxing to kick back, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere!

The National D-Day Memorial
As this wedding is centered around the traditions that support and honor our military servicemen and women, take some time to reflect on those that have dedicated their lives and died to give us the freedom the U.S.A has today. In 1944, Bedford's population was somewhere around 3,200 people. The D-Day Memorial was placed in this location as proportionally, Bedford, Virginia suffered the nation's severest D-Day losses. Now, the memorial serves as an emblem and is a recognition for those who suffered and lost those throughout the fight on the horrendous D-Day, June 6th, 1944.
