Train
If you’d like to make the trip a little more scenic, fly into Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG). From CDG, take the RER B train to Châtelet–Les Halles, then walk a couple of minutes to connect with Metro Line 4 toward Montparnasse. The trip from the airport to Gare Montparnasse takes about 1.5 hours in total. From Gare Montparnasse, hop on a direct TGV train to Lorient—the ride takes about 3.5 hours and offers beautiful views of the French countryside. Once you arrive in Lorient, you’ll find car rental options like Avis and Europcar right next to the train station. From there, it’s just a 20–30 minute drive to Clohars-Carnoët.
