Where is this all happening?

Answer

We are getting married at the beautiful North Lake in Berrien Springs, Michigan. The address is 10577 Jones Rd, Berrien Springs, MI 49103. Ceremony, Cocktail hour, and Reception are all in the same location.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire! We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dresses, maxi dresses, or dressy separates. Please no jeans or white dresses. Please note that our ceremony will be outside weather permitting, however, our reception and cocktail space will be indoors and fully temperature controlled.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:55pm EST. Ceremony is expected to begin at 4:00pm EST. Our bar will be open for beer and wine prior to the ceremony. Note: Our wedding will take place in the Eastern Time Zone, and all listed times are in Eastern Time. If you are traveling from a different time zone—especially if you're driving in the day of—please remember to account for the time change so you don’t miss a moment of the celebration!

Is there any transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle bus to transport our guests from the Courtyard - Benton Harbor to our venue at North Lake for the ceremony and back throughout the night. 🚍 To the Ceremony 2:45 PM – Shuttle departs Courtyard by Marriott → arrives at venue 3:05 PM 3:35 PM – Shuttle departs Courtyard by Marriott → arrives at venue 3:55 PM 🚍 Return to Hotel Continuous shuttles begin at 8:00 PM Last shuttle departs venue at 11:00 PM

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking available. If you leave your vehicle on-site after the wedding it must be removed between 9am and 10am the next morning.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! Everything is on flat, paved ground and it is all within a few feet away from the parking lot. If you need any special accommodations please let us know in advance so we can make any necessary arrangements.

What style of dinner will be served at the reception?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style dinner with a chicken, beef, and vegetarian pasta option. Tables will be released in a timely manner as to not cause congestion. If you have any specific concerns or questions please feel free to reach out before the wedding and we would be happy to clarify and address any possible problems.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with the people who mean the most to us. Due to our financial limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the specific guests listed on your invitation. We truly hope you understand, and while we’ll miss anyone who can’t attend, we completely understand if you're unable to make it. Thank you for your love and support!
