We have blocked out rooms from July 1-3, should you wish to come a day early and explore the city or--hopefully--spend some time with us! Method of Reservations Individual Reservations - Each individual guest must make their own reservations by booking online or calling the hotel. Online reservations must provide the event/group name in the “request/remark” section under guest information. When calling to book, they must identify themselves as members of the group. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a 20% room deposit that is refundable up until the cut-off date. There are no reversals of any credit/debit card charges after the initial payment is made. In the occasion that a credit/debit charge requires a reversal, there will be a reversal fee of $75.00 per transaction. Room Availability The rooms and nights eligible for booking are based upon our vacancies. Cut-off Date 30 days prior to the event check-in date of the room block. BILLING INSTRUCTIONS Individual payment - guests are responsible for paying all reserved accommodations and incidentals ($250). Full payment is required upon check-in.
