What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Preferred arrival time for the ceremony is 3:30-3:45. The Van Dusen part of town is frequently congested so allow extra time.

Parking is available for free in the adjacent lot.

What is the MSP airport like?

MSP airport is a well run. There are 2 terminals (Southwest is 2). They are connected by a tram and share the rental car area; the tram connects to downtown. Uber/ Lyft works easily from either terminal
