Flights

The Austin airport is about 35 mins from the venue, and very close to the city itself! You could stay in the city, or closer to the venue in Lakeway.

Rental Car

Cars

A rental car is recommended overall. If you're staying in downtown Austin you can use Uber/Lyfts there, but they can take longer to get to you (and can be harder to get) once you come to the Lakeway area. Since we are about 30 mins outside Austin, traveling by rental car would be easier than Ubering everywhere.

Hotel

Hotels

We do not have hotel blocks as circumstances in the area make it difficult. We recommend AirBnb, or finding a hotel in Austin or Lakeway (closer to the venue). We recommend staying either around downtown Austin or in/around Lakeway (where the venue is). If you want a nicer hotel, check out the Austin Proper Hotel, or the Austin Fairmont, the Omni, or Kimpton, but there are plenty of options otherwise. East Austin is a bit less nice, but there are a lot of hip restaurants around there- it's just a bit less nice/walkable. The downtown area (warehouse/market district) is a great central place to stay. There are several large hotel chains along the highway 620 in Lakeway - we'd recommend the Marriot, SpringHill Suites, La Quinta, or Sonesta. There's also the Lakeway Resort and Spa (on the lake) about 10 minutes from the venue, and the Alura Pointe Villas at The Reserve (on the lake), about 30 minutes from the venue.

Event Transport

There is parking at the venue if you'll be taking a car. Ubers and Lyfts are available but might be sparse after the event - the venue recommends requesting at least 20 minutes prior to when you would want to depart.
