Valle de Guadalupe is a sun-drenched land of food and wine. It boasts the ideal climate for growing wine grapes (over 70% of Mexico's wine comes from the valley) and has attracted several Michelin star chefs over the years that dream up mouthwatering dishes seasoned with local olive oil, ocean salt, and fire.
