They initially met for coffee and then had a magical first date in Barcelona on his last day in Spain. The rest is history. Olga and Johnny took a 3-week European tour of London, Paris, Italy, and Portugal in May 2018. It was her first time traveling around Europe and they were both excited. Johnny did not tell any of her family of his intentions to propose. He wanted to keep it a secret. His father gave Johnny his grandmother's favorite ring to use as the engagement ring. In Venice, Johnny pretended to set up a selfie picture. Instead, he got down on one knee. Olga was totally surprised and she said, "Yes!"
