Parking & Transportation

🚌 Shuttle Service & Parking Both hotel blocks — the SpringHill Suites and Hampton Inn — are approximately 15 minutes from Springfield Manor via Route 15, and ample parking is available on-site at the venue for guests who prefer to drive. For those who'd like to sit back and relax, we'll be running a complimentary shuttle from both hotels to the venue and back! Departures to the Venue: • SpringHill Suites — Departs 4:10 PM • Hampton Inn — Departs 4:25 PM Return Shuttles: • Early return — 10:00 PM • Final return — 11:00 PM (following the close of the reception)

We'll have an open bar featuring beer, wine, seltzers, and two signature cocktails throughout the evening.

We're serving a plated dinner. Please select your entrée when you RSVP so we can make sure everyone gets their preferred meal. If you have dietary restrictions, please note them in your RSVP and we'll work with our caterer to accommodate you.

Are kids invited?

We love all the kids in our lives, but to keep our wedding within budget, we've made it an adults-only celebration. The only exception is newborns, because we know they need to be extra close to mom. We know this makes it harder on our traveling guests with kids, so please let us know if you need help finding a babysitter locally. We can tap into our network of local parents for recommendations and help you make that connection!

Any other wedding weekend events?
Answer
Yes! Join us Sunday from 10am-2pm at the Hampton Inn Ft. Detrick for a low-key farewell gathering. This is a come-and-go event—pop in whenever works for your schedule to grab a bite, hang out, and say one last goodbye. Kids welcome! Stay for 10 minutes or four hours, whatever suits you.
