How are you approaching COVID safety?

Answer

Anyone who has spent time with us in the past two years knows that we are very COVID-cautious. We will continue to monitor case counts in Essex County and follow all state and local recommendations. We will provide updates if any of our plans for the event change over the next few months. What we know for sure is that everyone who is eligible must be fully vaccinated and boosted in order to attend this wedding. We love you, but we cannot take any risks with our elders.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to host your little ones. On your RSVP, please let us know their names, ages, and if they need their own kids meal at dinner. We ask that you supervise you children through the event. If you'd like to bring them along for the weekend, but also want to have some grown up fun without them, we'll be happy to connect you with a local babysitter.

How do I get from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide a shuttle service option from the Hotel Saranac to the ceremony location (and back) on Saturday. If you would prefer to drive, or are coming from a different location, we ask that you carpool as much as possible, as there is limited parking available.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. But it's also summer and partially outside, so have fun with it!
