If you’re flying, we recommend JFK or LaGuardia on Long Island. While John nor I have flown into this airport, there is also Long Island MacArthur Airport. An important note: by the date of our wedding, it will be required to have a Real ID to fly. However, if you do not have one, please make sure to bring your passport as your form of ID!

July 4th is a heavily trafficked time, so it may take longer to reach your destination. The best time is to try to arrive in the middle of the day or fairly late at night. Please also note that the Yankee vs Mets subway series is happening on July 4th. That’s a huge series called the Subway Series and will create even more traffic during this date.
