"Questions You May Ask Yourself"

Question

I am an out of town guest. Where should I stay?

Answer

You will be staying onsite at the Emil Bach House or Lang House. Or you can arrange your own accommodations if you would prefer more privacy.

Question

I see the registry has no gifts, but I really want to get the bride and groom a present. What should I get them?

Answer

This is a very sweet sentiment, but please do NOT give us a gift. We are very fortunate people and have everything we need or the ability to buy anything we might want. It feels silly to ask people for gifts. If the urge to give something still persists, we have a few charity funds set up on the registry page. Please do not feel obligated to donate, but know that any gifts we receive from people who tried to get around this will be donated to charity.

Question

Can you guarantee that I'll have fun?

Answer

We are offering a money-back guarantee of sorts if you did not have "Fun" at our "Wedding." Some conditions apply. Let's face it. Most weddings are too long, too cheesy, too boring, too focused on the bride and groom. This is not one of those weddings. In fact, you might find yourself thinking during the middle of the event, "Am I even at a wedding?"

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear whatever you want. We do not care. As mentioned earlier, ties are actively discouraged. "The Groom" believes strongly that ties are only for job interviews and funerals, and this is neither (hopefully). The events are mainly taking place outdoors, so keep grass and weather in mind when selecting your outfit.

Question

I have a question that wasn't answered, who should I ask?

Answer

Email "the Groom" at johnarthurlevering @ gmail dot com or call/text at 804-317-eight-zero-six-two
