A cozy deli that does great breakfast and lunch. We love grabbing coffee and a sandwich here, and they have plenty of local treats to take home. It’s good food and friendly people, the kind of spot that always feels like a staple of any trip.
Our favorite for winding down. The smash burgers with Vermont cheddar are great, and the cocktails are consistently excellent. The lounge has leather chairs and a fireplace, which makes it a perfect spot to grab a drink and relax after a day out.
A quick walk from the AMC Pinkham Notch Visitor Center leads to this two-tier waterfall that drops nearly 100 feet. It’s a short, easy hike with a big payoff, and the sound of the water rushing through the trees makes it feel tucked away and peaceful.
Tuck's is our go-to dinner spot in the area. The food never lets you down, the vibe is laid back, and the staff makes you feel at home. We always save room for the Mount Washington: a giant cookie and brownie topped with ice cream, hot fudge, caramel, and whipped cream.
A classic New England general store packed with local goods, nostalgic candy, and quirky finds. Everyone loves the fudge and penny candy, but we always stock up on their handmade soaps. They smell amazing and are the best way to bring a little of the trip home.
