Hotel
The Kompose Hotel is a boutique hotel that is a 5-minute drive from the Powel Crosley Estate! This is where John and Isa plan to stay, and there is a great restaurant and bar onsite. The hotel has a pool, sauna, and gym, however, guests can choose which amenities they'd like access to when making a reservation. The price of your stay is based on which features you plan to use! We do not have a hotel block at the Kompose, so we recommend booking as soon as possible if you plan on staying here! The Kompose is also next door to the Hampton Inn & Suites, where we do offer a hotel block.

This is the only hotel within a 5-minute walk of the venue, and is conveniently on the grounds of the University of South Florida alongside the Powel Crosley Estate. The Hilton Garden Inn has free parking, a restaurant, cocktail lounge, and pool onsite. They also offer a free shuttle to/from the airport and to/from the venue on our wedding day! The first shuttle departs at 3:50pm, and the second departs at 4pm. At the end of the wedding, the shuttle will return to the hotel at 10pm. If any guests wish to depart earlier than 10pm, they can call the hotel and one will arrive based on availability. The hotel has a rate of $139/night plus taxes with the potential of a price fluctuation as the date grows closer. The default dates are for Saturday, October 12th through Monday, October 14th, but guests can extend those dates in either direction depending on their travel plans! The deadline to book within our block is Friday, September 13th.

The Hampton Inn & Suites is next door to the Kompose Hotel, and is a 5 minute drive to the Powel Crosley Estate. They offer free breakfast, an outdoor pool, free parking, and a gym onsite. They additionally have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport! You can book a room through our hotel room block at the link below. The Hampton Inn offers a rate of $149/night plus taxes, and the deadline to book with that room rate is Wednesday, September 11th. The room block dates are for Friday, October 11th through Monday, October 14th!

The Ramada Waterfront Sarasota is the most affordable wedding block rate that we have! At the link below, you can book a city view room for $99/night or a water view room for $119/night. All rooms can accommodate 4 people, but there is an additional fee for more than 2 guests. The Ramada is is a 5-minute drive north of the Powel Crosley Estate. They offer free breakfast, a waterfront tiki bar, an on-site restaurant, fitness center, and swimming pool! The deadline to book a room in our hotel block is Friday, September 27th.
Flight
Southwest Florida has several airport options, but Sarasota Airport is by far the closest to the Powel Crosley Estate! SRQ is a 5 minute drive from the venue & our recommended hotels, and is so close that you can see planes taking off from the Crosley.
Flight
Tampa International Airport is one of the largest airports in the area, and may be a better option for guests looking to add on a Tampa trip or take advantage of a good flight deal. TPA is an hour drive north of the Powel Crosley Estate- there are several buses and shuttles offered, including one that goes directly from Tampa Airport to Sarasota Airport.

St. Pete-Clearwater Airport is an hour-drive north of the Powel Crosley Estate, and is located right off the water in Saint Petersburg. If you end up choosing a flight that goes into PIE, there are buses available that go to Sarasota.

Punta Gorda Airport is a smaller airport option located a one hour drive south of our venue. There are no public shuttles available between PGD and Sarasota, so we would only recommend this airport if you have a ride or are comfortable with booking a private shuttle from the airport.

Southwest Florida International Airport is located in Fort Myers, and is an hour and a half drive south of the Powel Crosley Estate. This is a farther away airport option, so we recommend flying into RSW only if you plan to arrange a ride to Sarasota. There are no shuttles between RSW and Sarasota, though there are bus services available between the two cities.

Orlando International Airport is a two hour drive northeast of the Powel Crosley Estate, and would not be our most recommended airport for that reason. MCO may be a good option for anyone looking to add on an Orlando visit, or for anyone who is looking to take advantage of one of the many transportation options between Orlando and Sarasota.
