We will no longer be hosting a formal Welcome Party, as most guests are now arriving on Saturday or later. We will, however, be in Sarasota on Friday and would love to meet up with anyone who is in town as well!

Cocktail Attire: This can include wearing a suit, dress shirt with tie, and any length of dresses! We recommend wearing something that will be comfortable for an outdoor Florida wedding. We also suggest wearing shoes that are good for walking on grass.
Due to our change in venue from Hurricane Milton's impact, we have arranged for shuttles to transport our guests from the Kompose Hotel in Sarasota to the Hotel Haya in Tampa on Sunday, October 13th. The shuttle times are as follows: 3:00 PM - Kompose Hotel (Sarasota) to Hotel Haya (Tampa) 10:00 PM - Hotel Haya (Tampa) to Kompose Hotel (Sarasota) Shuttle is for all guests (not just those at the Kompose) BYOB is encouraged for the trip! Guests with their own means of transportation are welcome/encouraged to drive themselves; parking will be available at the venue. Driving times are approximately 1 hour from our previous venue. Our ceremony begins at 4:30pm, we suggest guests arrive by 4:00. **We are so sorry for this last-minute change, thank you for your patience and understanding. As events are not occurring in the Sarasota area on Sunday, any guests wanting to change their lodging to closer to the venue are welcome to. Again, thank you for helping us make this wedding happen!**
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Directly after our ceremony, we'll have a cocktail hour from 5-6pm with appetizers and bar. Following Cocktail Hour, we'll have dinner and dancing for the rest of the night. We can't wait to celebrate with you all!
