Rental cars can be reserved and picked up at the Reno Tahoe International airport. All of the typical car rental companies are available. We recommend booking through your favorite online travel site (e.g. Kayak, Priceline, etc.) and arranging to pick it up shortly after you arrive at the airport.

It's not hard to get around Incline Village and North Lake Tahoe on the public bus system. The TART is the regularly scheduled bus around North Lake Tahoe and Truckee. TART Connect is an on-demand micro transit service for place to place rides in Incline. Please note: TART micotransit will not take you from Incline Village to Kings Beach for the welcome event. You can either take the TART bus, or if you'd like to carpool, let us know and we can help facilitate.

The Hyatt is centrally located in town, across the street from Incline Beach, walking distance to restaurants, and 1.5 miles from the reception at Big Water Grille. They have a shuttle around town for guests, and other amenities like a heated outdoor pool, spa, restaurant and beach access. Please note, that the beach-front part of the property is undergoing a remodel and the Hyatt beach front is inaccessible. Guests can access the beach via a short walk to Incline Beach. The rest of the Hyatt property is open including the hotel, restaurants, pool, and casino.
