Join us at the Tahoe Backyard for an outdoor evening of wood-fired pizza, refreshing spritzes, and local brews. Drop by anytime between 4–7 PM to say hello—or stick around for lawn games and time by the fire pit.

The Plot Thickens

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Formal (Long Dresses & Dark Suits)

Join us for our outdoor wedding ceremony at the beautiful and historic Thunderbird Lodge, on the shores of Lake Tahoe. The evening begins with a shuttle to the Thunderbird Lodge. Shuttles will pick up guests at Big Water Grille (341 Ski Way, Incline Village, NV 89451) between 3:00 and 3:15 PM, arriving at the Lodge by 3:30 PM. The ceremony will begin at 4 PM on the lawn. A champagne toast and light bites will follow, along with time to explore the grounds and get guided tours inside and out with the Thunderbird Lodge docents. Afterward, shuttles will return guests to Big Water Grille between 5:45 and 6:15 PM for the reception. PLEASE NOTE: 1) All guests must take the shuttle due to limited space at the ceremony location. Please do not drive to the Thunderbird Lodge directly. 2) The wedding will be outside on the grass and there are many lovely, stone pathways to explore. Please plan footwear accordingly.

Epilogue

10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Casual & Outdoor Beach Attire (with layers)

Join us at Incline's private Burnt Cedar Beach on Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM to wrap up the weekend. Stop by to say goodbye or stay and relax for a while. We’ll have a light picnic breakfast and drinks, plus plenty of space to unwind—grassy lawns, a sandy beach, a playground, and a heated pool with a slide for the kids.
