How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP digitally on the website in the RSVP section. We will ask for all guests to kindly RSVP by May 22, 2026.

What is the attire for the Wedding Day?

Answer

**Bay Bridge Warning**

Answer

If you decide to go into Annapolis, traffic can get really bad on Fridays & Saturdays from Summer beach traffic. The weekend rush hour across the bridge starts at noon. Allow yourself several hours to get back on the island. If there is an accident and/or if the bridge closes, the only alternate route is north around the Bay which is a three-hour trip.

What is the closest airport?

Answer

While there are three airports all within an hour plus of Kent Island, BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport is the closest airport and is a 45 minute drive to Kent Island. See the "Travel" section for more details. (FYI - with Summer beach traffic these times could vary.)

Will transportation be provided on the wedding day?

Answer

Yes. We will have transportation provided on the wedding day to and from the Hilton Garden Inn and The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. If you are not staying at either of these hotels, you can still use the provided transportation. If you are staying at The Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, there will be complimentary shuttle services as well.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm, we recommend you arrive at 4:45pm to give all guests enough time to get seated.

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We want to be extremely conscious of it being July on the East Coast. Rest assured, we'll have the AC blasting. Ceremony: Indoors Cocktail Hour: Indoor/Outdoor Reception: Indoor

Please refer to your wedding invitation to see if a plus-one is included. If you did not receive one and would like to bring a new special someone in your life, please contact Carlie or John!

While we love your little ones, we ask that you keep them home as this is an adult-only event.

Yes there is a parking lot right in front of the entrance of The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.
