Shuttle - Hotel Blocks to Ceremony

There will be a shuttle bus available to transport guests from the hotel blocks to the ceremony. The bus will leave at the following times, so please be ready on time. Pickup Times/Locations (Hotels to Ceremony): 3:10pm - Best Western Premier Park Hotel 3:20pm - Madison Concourse Hotel & Governor’s Club If you’d rather drive, there are also nearby parking garages at both the ceremony (Observatory Drive Ramp) and reception (Overture Center Garage) locations.

There will be a shuttle bus available to transport guests from the ceremony to the reception. The bus will leave at the following time, immediately following the ceremony. Pickup Time/Location (Ceremony to Reception): 4:30pm - Allen Centennial Garden, immediately following ceremony If you’d rather drive, there are also nearby parking garages at both the ceremony (Observatory Drive Ramp) and reception (Overture Center Garage) locations.

Flight

Madison: (MSN), Chicago: (ORD or MDW), or Milwaukee (MKE)

There are a few nearby airport options. The most direct flight option is to land in Madison at the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). However, MSN is very small so sometimes it's cheaper to [1] fly into Chicago (ORD or MDW) and drive the ~2-3 hours to Madison, or [2] fly into Milwaukee (MKE) and drive or take a Badger Bus for ~1.5 hours to Madison.

Best Western Premier Park Hotel

Hotel block 1 of 2. There is a discounted rate for the nights of July 4th and 5th with rooms starting at $149/night and valet parking for $25/night (no self parking available). This hotel is located right on Capitol Square (only 2 blocks from our reception venue!), and the surrounding area is very walkable to bars and restaurants. They also offer complimentary transportation to/from the Madison airport. The booking cutoff is June 20, 2025, but we strongly recommend booking your room early if you know you will be coming since we are getting married over a holiday weekend. There are 25 rooms blocked off for our wedding, but more can be added as the block fills pending availability.

The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club

Hotel block 2 of 2. There is a discounted rate for the nights of July 4th and 5th with rooms starting at $169/night and self-parking parking for $18/night (no valet parking available). This hotel is located right on Capitol Square (only 2 blocks from our reception venue!), and the surrounding area is very walkable to bars and restaurants. A limited number of rooms are held until 11:59 PM C.S.T. on June 4, 2025, but we strongly recommend booking your room early if you know you will be coming since we are getting married over a holiday weekend.
