The shuttle will begin at 2:45 PM beginning at The Fairfield, moving to the Holiday Inn at 3 PM, stop at The American Club shortly thereafter, and onto Whistling Straits. Each bus holds 33 people. It is approximately a 20 minute drive from the hotel circuit to the venue. The second shuttle will begin its shuttle run about 15 minutes later at 3PM and follow the same pickup (Fairfield, then Holiday Inn, then American Club). Both shuttles will run through the hotel circuit to the venue and back from 3 PM-6 PM. If you miss a shuttle, don’t worry, the next is on its way! The bar will be open at 3:30 PM for guest arrivals, and closing prior to the ceremony start at 4:30 PM. Please enjoy welcome cocktails on us! There is plenty of parking available at the reception venue should you choose to bring your own vehicle. A shuttle will run to and from the venue to hotel locations throughout the evening hi, with the last shuttle departing the venue at 12 am

The American Club is part of the Kohler group, and if you’re thinking of playing Whistling Straits, it is a great hotel to book at if you feel like treating yourself! (The spa is incredible too!) PLEASE NOTE: There is no hotel room block available for this hotel
